Days like this remind you why we ride. Its not always about going fast. Sometimes it best when there's no rush, no pressure. Just sunshine, fresh air and a bike pointing somewhere interesting.

Fuel for the long haul.

Five hour rides are brilliant… until you realise you’ve once again underestimated how much fuel and water you actually need.

We’ve all done it.

Two bottles. One bar. Maybe a gel.
Three hours later you’re staring at an empty bottle wondering how the legs have turned into wet noodles.

For a 5-hour spin we usually pack something like:
• 2–3 bottles (with electrolytes)
• Bananas
• A couple of gels for when the legs start negotiating with the brain
• A few bars in the jersey pocket

And if you can stop for a refill halfway… even better.

Because nothing ruins a good ride faster than running out of water with an hour to go.

Thankfully our jerseys have three proper sized rear pockets for stuffing with snacks, wrappers and whatever emergency sugar the ride demands.
